Privacy Policy

Coach Cal is operated for parents and adult guardians who supervise a young ballplayer's use of the service. This page explains, plainly, what data we handle and why.

What Coach Cal Collects

When you request information, start checkout, or complete founder onboarding, we collect the details you submit: parent/guardian name, email, phone (optional), player name, age group, positions, batting profile, handedness, faith tone, schedule source, and your parent/guardian Telegram chat ID. We also record consent choices (required terms/privacy consent, and optional marketing consent) with a timestamp.

Payment Processing

Checkout and monthly billing are processed by Stripe. Coach Cal never sees or stores your card number. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy and security terms.

Message Delivery

Daily coaching content is carried by Telegram to the parent/guardian chat ID you provide during onboarding. Telegram, not Coach Cal, transmits and stores those messages on its platform under its own terms.

Conversion Analytics

Coach Cal records first-party, non-identifying conversion events (for example: page views, pricing views, checkout starts, form submissions) along with the page path, referrer, and campaign attribution (UTM) parameters when present. These events never include your name, email, phone, player name, Telegram chat ID, or any other personal identifier, and the tracker honors your browser's Do Not Track setting. No third-party advertising pixels are loaded.

No Sale of Personal Data

Coach Cal does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Who This Service Is For

Coach Cal accounts and Telegram chats are set up and controlled by a parent or adult guardian who supervises a youth player's use of the service. Coach Cal is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child; all account information above is submitted by the adult account holder.

Data Retention

We keep the information above for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, support, and legal recordkeeping needs.
