Coach Cal • Terms of Service

Terms of Service

By starting checkout or completing founder onboarding, the adult account holder agrees to these terms.

Eligibility

Coach Cal is for use by a parent or adult (18+) legal guardian who supervises a youth baseball player. The account holder — not the player — sets up billing, the Telegram chat, and consent choices, and remains responsible for how coaching content is shared with the player.

What Coach Cal Is

Coach Cal delivers faith-first baseball routines, pregame prep, postgame reflection prompts, and a weekly parent summary to a parent/guardian-owned Telegram chat. It is a daily discipline and mindset layer meant to run alongside a player's real practices, lessons, and games.

What Coach Cal Is Not

Coach Cal is not medical, safety, or professional coaching advice, and does not replace live instruction, medical guidance, or a certified trainer. Coach Cal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional sports league, team, or organization.

Billing

The Coach Cal Solo founder rate ($29/mo) is billed monthly through Stripe with no long-term contract. Coach Cal does not currently offer a self-service billing portal. To cancel, message Coach Cal on Telegram: Open Coach Cal on Telegram, and cancellation will be processed for you.

Account & Conduct

The Telegram chat used with Coach Cal must belong to the paying parent/guardian, not the player. Keep your account details accurate and let us know if your Telegram chat changes.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
